Being informed is the best way to prepare for birth - regardless of whether your a first-time parent or just need a refresher. Our classes are designed to help you feel prepared and confident when birthing. They have strong focus on the benefits and tools for natural labor but also balanced with education on the medical interventions should they become medically necessary. 

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea has many benefits if consumed regularly during pregnancy. I offer a tea service to get a gallon weekly or bi-weekly. It is made with all organic ingredients, love and lavender simple syrup for sweetness.

When you celebrate the mother and build her up, you prepare her spiritually and emotionally to meet her child. A birth blessing is a ceremony tailored to the birth giver to shower her with love from those who are closest to them.  

Feel like we connect but too far away for in person support? I can still do all the doula things and be available during your birth, just not there in person.
