RED RASPBERRY LEAF TEA SERVICE

Red raspberry leaf tea has many benefits during pregnancy. Although there is not much evidence on the red raspberry leaf, it has been recommended for years by midwives during pregnancy. It is known to help strengthen and tone the uterus to make contractions more effective and is full of vitamins C, E, A, B as well as magnesium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus. It also contains trace minerals zinc, iron, chromium, and manganese. A pregnant person can safely consume red raspberry tea at the start of the second trimester, though some drink it all the way through from start to finish and into postpartum!

Red raspberry leaf is non-caffeinated but has a taste similar to black tea.

I add homemade lavender simple syrup to make it floral and slightly sweet!

  • Ingredients: Organic red raspberry leaf tea, organic nettle tea, filtered water, Lavender Simple Syrup

  • Lavender simple syrup - organic date syrup, organic honey, and organic lavender blossoms.

  • ***Tea can be made with no sweetener or with Stevia, for pregnant people with Gestational Diabetes but must be specified.
